Privacy

PDFs are processed in your browser. We do not upload or save the original files. A paid export sends only reviewed rows to our server to generate your download; those rows are not stored in our application database.

Accounts and payments

Supabase manages email sign-in and your account identifier. Resend delivers sign-in emails from our configured sender. We store your account email for authentication. Stripe processes payments; we store subscription and customer identifiers, not card details. Vercel hosts these tools. Hosting and payment providers may retain operational logs. We do not enable advertising tracking.

Optional usage analytics

If you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity collects usage information and masked session recordings to help us understand conversions, downloads and upgrade clicks. All page text and form fields are masked. Our custom events contain fixed action names, never statement rows, filenames, email addresses or payment identifiers. Clarity does not load before consent or on sign-in, authentication and query-bearing pages. Analytics consent does not enable advertising storage.

You can decline analytics and still use the tool. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of the tool to change your choice; withdrawing consent stops recording without clearing your statement. The choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
